Recovery
Accounts are not open yet, so there is no account to recover and no recovery email that Swift could legitimately send.
When accounts open
Recovery will run through verified email, with additional checks for any account holding a balance. Recovery will never be granted over chat, social media, or by a person claiming to work for Swift.
Protect yourself now
- Swift will never ask for your password, PIN or recovery phrase.
- Swift will never ask you to send funds to restore access.
- Swift has not authorised any agent or reseller to act on its behalf.
